It will turn on again if you run the script in the same instance of GlovePie as it was previously connected with, but as soon as you closs that instance it will stop working. For some reason, the controller stops working when the GlovePie script stops running. Also, I mentioned needing to take a battery out to get the controller to turn back on. GlovePie is also finicky and you need to open a new instance of it each time you do this or it won't work for whatever reason, you can't just keep the same instance open forever and connect and disconect your controller. Each time you want to connect the controller, you have to open Dolphin and do all the steps from there, downloads being the exceptions of course. It should work fine now, but there are some more inconveniences. Your controller should be connected and now you just have to set the controls on Clone Hero to match what keys the controller is bound to. If it turns off immediately after take out a battery and put it back in (won't turn on otherwise), reconnect it, and try it again without anything checked under the troubleshooting tab. Your remote should have only the player 1 and 4 lights on, then switch to only 1. pie file with GlovePie after your wii remote is connected, and run the script. Your controller may be paired now, but you also need a script so the guitar is recognized rather than the remote. You should get a notification that a Nintendo device is being paired to your computer and the remote will rumble and have the player 1 light on. If this doesn't work right away, try holding the buttons down, refreshing a few times, and/or setting the first wii remote setting to real remote. Enable continuous scanning and then press 1 and 2 on the wii mote and press refresh (or whataver button is next to the continuous scanning option). Open the emulator and go to the controllers menu.

The easiest way to pair the wii mote is to download the Wii and GameCube emulator Dolphin. If you don't have one, they go for cheap on Amazon, $5-$15.

You need a bluetooth adapter to do this if it isn't built into your system. First you need to get the remote paired to your computer.
